Due before/on the start of the Month
Below is an example of how to make out your HOA dues check for monthly payment. If you own multiple units, please make a seperate check for each unit. Each unit must pay the additional $25 administrative fee for HOA dues paid on monthly basis. Please look at the check example closely and make sure to have your memo matching the example. We will return the check back to you if the memo does not match the format in the example below(late fees charged if the replacement check is past the due date). It is the responsibility of the unit owners to make sure the HOA get your check in a timely fashion. We do not go by the date on the check, we go by the date we receive the check.
Monthly Dues: 1 bedroom - $200 | 2 bedroom - $250
